Before you write
A few things you might find faster on your own:
- Where's my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Our items are made to order, so allow 2–7 business days for production before anything ships. See the Shipping Policy.
- Wrong size or a change of heart? You have 30 days from delivery. Start with the Refund Policy.
- Damaged or misprinted item? Email us photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
- Not sure about sizing? Every product page has a size guide. If you're between sizes, email us — we'd rather help you get it right the first time.
